It looks like the Beyhive is headed to Coachella 2017 as it is being reported that Beyoncé will be doing her first headlining set at the coveted music festival.
That’s not all, Bey will be joined alongside her “Freedom” collaborator, Kendrick Lamar according to Hits Daily Double, who broke the news on Tuesday.
If the reports are true, this will be Bey’s first time at the festival. Kendrick previously played his own set at Coachella back in 2012, but appeared alongside Ice Cube at the 2016 festival. Beyoncé’s Formation World Tour opener, DJ Khaled, also recently hinted at an appearance at next year’s Coachella, furthering speculation that she will be part of the show.
The lineup is all unconfirmed at this point and we will have to wait until the festival’s official announcement in January to know who will be performing this year. Coachella 2017 is scheduled to go down April 14-16 and April 21-23.
