Has Ms. Anita Baker had her twitter account hacked? or is she on team Petty now a days? 80’s soul singer Cheryl Lynn who sang the hits “Got To Be Real” and “Encore” and is friends with Baker, was dealt a big surprise on Wednesday when she went to Twitter to find out that she was blocked from viewing her former pals Twitter page.

Upon finding out the “news” she took to Twitter to blast Baker and question what had transpired to make Baker block her.

on Thursday she continued her Twitter rant on the subject after receiving some nasty tweets from Anita fans who accused her of being a “has-been” and a “hater”

Well Anita later took to Twitter to send a few subliminal shots at Cheryl and guess who stepped in to interject? Jennifer Holiday!! Get in below.

Upon further investigation for this story, we found out that unbeknownst to us, WE were also BLOCKED from her page!?!?! We’ve never run any negative stories about Anita as we are HUGE fans and one of my top ten vocalist ever. It appears according to reports she has also blocked a few other popular bloggers.

Perhaps she doesn’t like the new age media? but that still doesn’t explain her issues with her friend Cheryl. Either way, we’ve still got love and respect for Ms. Baker.
