We were the first site to tell you that FX‘s new LGBTQ series ‘Pose‘ might be in danger after a seemingly slow start in ratings for their premiere episode and the subsequent second and third episodes that followed.
Since then, fans have taken to social media to encourage and petition for the masses to tune in and support the project, and apparently the word of mouth is working.
According to fresh reports on Sunday’s ratings {June 24), the series has finally cracked the top 25 cable shows that night, and increased a significant amount in viewers.

The BET Awards led Sunday’s cable ratings with a 1.2 in adults 18-49 and 2.87 million viewers, down from 1.5 and 3.83 million last year. “Claws” slipped a tenth of a point in adults 18-49 to 0.4.
FX’s “Pose” cracked the top 25 for the first time with a 0.3.
The show increased viewership at over 700k for Sunday’s episode based on the chart ratings provided by The Nielsen Company. Get into the full ratings chart below as well as Janet Mock‘s thanks to the viewers.
