Fans of August Alsina have not been able to breathe a sigh of relief as they await word on his condition after the singer collapsed and fell off stage  in New York at his ‘Testimony Live’ tour on Monday. The ‘No Love’ crooner stopped by ‘106 & Park’, ‘The Breakfast Club’ among other promo stops before hitting the stage that evening, and now reports have surfaced as to the cause of his collapse.

“A rep for the singer tells TMZ … August is in the ICU of a New York City hospital and receiving treatment for the seizures.  The rep says doctors did not find any drugs — other than marijuana — in Alsina’s system … and at this point they believe the fainting was brought on by exhaustion and dehydration.”

This was the last week of his tour and was on his third to last show before it was scheduled to wrap. No word on when or if those last dates will be rescheduled. In case you missed it check out his stop at ‘The Breakfast Club’ this week.
