Beyonce is having the best birthday week ever!

The music royal spent her 35th b-day over the weekend partying with the Obamas at Camp David and then was serenaded by Chance The Rapper, and chatted it up with Bill Clinton at the Made In America Festival in Philly. So how could she top an already epic weekend? By having a Soul Train themed dance party with all her A-list celeb friends, that’s how.
