Despite the fact that Cynthia Bailey has been shooting season 9 of “The Real Housewives of Atlanta” for the past several weeks, could she be ready to turn in her peach?
Following officially signing off on divorce papers from her husband Peter Thomas, the model has now put their former Atlanta town house on the market for sale, prompting reports that she may be leaving the show.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Cynthia’s house is up for sale and was listed on Zillow on July 14, 2016 for an asking price of $699,000. Additionally, various outlets are suggesting that after getting rid of the house she and Peter shared, she is also ready to call it quits on RHOA and is ready to put her full attention towards her businesses and her daughter’s budding career as a model.
So are you ready to say goodbye to Cynthia?? Not so fast…According other “sources”, these allegations and rumors are untrue.
“Rumors that Cynthia is leaving are completely untrue and unfounded,” an inside source told Real Mr. Housewife. “In fact,” the insider continued, “Cynthia has been filming the show for two months already.”
The source added: “Based on everything going on in Cynthia’s life, it is a no brainer that she will be a full time Housewife again.”
I personally do not believe that Cyn is going anywhere at this time, especially considering that she is going through her divorce (which tends to be a financial strain). She is surely not going to turn away her main source of income and promotion for her various businesses, that is the RHOA franchise. So I’d have to call these reports bluff.
As far as the house going up for sale? Well it looks like Cynthia has just relocated to another part of Atlanta and has settled at a lake house, probably to get some peace and serenity to herself during this time of transition. She took to Instagram over the past week to share snaps of what is presumed to be her new digs based on the hashtags including #LakeBailey used in her post.
