We learned on Sunday (July 26) the sad news that Bobbi Kristina had passed away after being treated in several facilities for almost six months after being found unresponsive in her bathtub in her Atlanta home back in January. Now according to reports the case is being treated as a criminal matter with Nick Gordon as a main person of interest in Bobbi’s death which is now being called a homicide. Via TMZ:

The investigation into the circumstances that led to Bobbi Kristina’s death Sunday has just been amped up … TMZ has learned it’s now officially a homicide investigation.
Law enforcement sources tell us, both the D.A. and the cops are treating the mystery as foul play, and Bobbi Kristina’s boyfriend, Nick Gordon, continues to be a person of interest.
Although months have separated the incident in which Bobbi Kristina was found submerged in her bathtub from her death Sunday, law enforcement is confident there will be no problem finding a direct link between the 2, and they have felt from the beginning there was foul play.
TMZ broke the story, first responders noticed injuries on Bobbi Kristina’s body.

On Sunday night just hours after the story broke of Bobbi’s death, Dionne Warwick appeared on Watch What Happens Live for an interview that had been previously scheduled prior to Bobbi’s passing. During her visit, Dionne talked about the loss of her dear cousin Whitney Houston and now the passing of Whitney’s daughter.

Bobby Brown also has reacted to the tragic news of his daughter’s passing. The singer released a statement to Us Weekly on Monday through his lawyer, speaking about the “unimaginable” loss of his daughter with the late Whitney Houston.

“Yesterday Bobbi Kristina Brown took her place in heaven,” the R&B singer’s attorney Christopher Brown of Brown & Rosen LLC told Us. “Krissy fought to get well for months, however she has succumbed to her injuries.”

“Krissy was and is an angel. I am completely numb at this time. My family must find a way to live with her in spirit and honor her memory. Our loss is unimaginable. We thank everyone for the prayers for Krissy and our family as we mourn my baby girl.”
