In a move that has been rumored for some time, and that we certainly co-sign it has now been confirmed that rapper Remy Ma will be joining Love & Hip Hop for New York’s sixth season. The female rapper previously alluded that she had a reality show in the works and although many speculated that it would be the popular VH1 franchise, she never confirmed until now that is.

The ‘Whatever’ performer confirmed the news on Monday night (July 6) during the Love & Hip Hop After Party Live. Remy called into the show with special guests Jessica Dime and Jackie Christie

Quite frankly we are super excited to hear the news, as we were completely done with the New York franchise for the past few years and with the loss of the show’s firecracker Erica Mena after last season, Remy is the PERFECT addition. Can we get our other picks Teyana Taylor and Kimbella back full time?
