It doesn’t look like Justin Bieber will be doing #EggplantFriday anytime soon, after teasing his fans earlier this week with the lusty snaps from his new ad campaign for legendary label Calvin Klein, it’s now come out that the singer had a little cosmetic surgery done to amp up his pics, and by surgery we mean photoshop.

BreathHeavy.com is reporting that CK photoshopped the images and gave Bieber bigger biceps, pecs, quads, and that decent bulge. The site acquired some of the unretouched photos and posted both the before and after on its Instagram account. Check out the before and after snaps below.
