Finally, after teasing fans for some time now Grammy award-winner Jill Scott is set to release her fifth studio effort, and first since 2011. This week the songstress announced her new album WOMAN will arrive July 24 via Atlantic Records and she debuted its accompanying artwork.
The long awaited album is preceded by the singles “Fool’s Good,” which is currently #5 on the Billboard Adult R&B chart, and the critically acclaimed, “You Don’t Know.”
In addition to the album, Jill is headed out on the road as we previously told you for her tour which kicks off July 9 in St Louis and finales on August 28 in Phoenix, AZ.
