So we all gave a major side eye to Kenya Moore and her out of the blue wedding less than a month ago. The reports came as a surprise not only to viewers of ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta‘ (which is currently in production for season 10) but also the shows producers themselves reportedly.
So much so that it is being alleged that Kenya’s peach was about to be snatched after she held her secret wedding unbeknownst to the producers and did not film on the show. According to Radar Online:
“The network isn’t happy with the recent series of events involving her ‘wedding,’” an insider told Radar. “They feel that it put the authenticity of the series in jeopardy.”
“She’s attempted to smooth things over by offering to have another ceremony next summer for the cameras, but that plan hasn’t been well received either,” the insider added.
“Kenya has no other storyline in place for the season,” the insider concluded, noting that the new bride’s costars already began filming without her.
Meanwhile, Kenya who is in New Orleans at the 2017 Essence Festival, took to IG to basically shut down the reports of her firing. She shared a photo of one of her weekend looks with the simple caption: “Serving for season 10”
