NBC is gearing up for its highly anticipated special “The Wiz Live” which airs on Dec 3, and one of the show’s leads Mary J. Blige stopped by “The Wendy Williams Show” on Thursday (Nov 19) to help kick off the promo trail.
During her visit Mary also dished on being nominated at Sunday’s American Music Awards, her new gig as host of her own brand new radio show on Beats 1, and also dished on her friendship with Taraji P. Henson.
Speaking of her good girlfriend Taraji the two have done a follow up to their epic Apple Music commercial with Kerry Washington. In the first commercial which debuted weeks ago, we saw the ladies meeting up at Mary’s house for a girls night and kicking it off with their “girls night” playlist.
In the new clip Mary, Taraji and Kerry move the party to the kitchen as they prep dinner and continue rocking to their playlist. Get into the new clip below.
