While surfing the net, I came across a video of an up and coming singer by the name of George Lovett, who performed in his hometown of Washington, D.C. and did a cover of a Luther Vandross classic.
Typically when you hear that someone is performing a Luther track, your eye brows go up and the performer typically fails at living up to the standard of the song and Luther’s legendary vocals.
George however is a past contestant who competed on ‘American Idol’ season 8, and he completely nailed the performance and is surely headed for stardom. Get in below.
