Jennifer Lopez is climbing up the Billboard charts with her current single ‘Booty (Remix)’ feat. Iggy Azalea but now Jenny is going back to the big screen in an upcoming psychological thriller ‘The Boy Next Door’.

The film is directed by Rob Cohen (The Fast and the Furious) and written by Barbara Curry, the film also stars Ryan Guzman, John Corbett and Kristin Chenoweth and centers around Jennifer who portrays a high school teacher who is pursued by a new student who happens to be friends with her son. Eventually the young mans advances are obliged by Jennifer’s character when they have a  steamy sexual encounter which will ultimately set her world on fire.

The film will be released January 23rd via Universal Pictures and you can peep the edge of your seat trailer below!
