As you very well know, there have been endless reports surrounding the upcoming season of “Real Housewives” and as usual the reports of who will be joining the cast have been in overdrive. Just tonight (August 17) it was reported by TMZ that trans model Amiyah Scott is set to join the cast as the replacement of Nene Leakes.
Although we have posted this story, we took it with a grain of salt and didn’t expect Amiyah to join in a full time capacity. It essentially doesn’t make any sense but in the world of reality TV you just never know.
There have also been reports over the past week that Kim Fields who was in talks to join the show, ultimately did not make the cut due to her allegedly being “too boring” in the scenes that she taped. Well the RHOA tidbits continue to roll in this evening and we have yet another bit of info on what is going down in the A. According to LALATE Amiyah was spotted taping on Monday evening but the TMZ report that she is joining as a full time cast member may be jumping the gun.
Amiyah Scott, Claudia Jordan, and Sheree Whitfield were among the big arrivals at Kenya Moore’s Haircare party tonight in Atlanta. While Moore is still awaiting a big arrival, the news kicked in early on as multiple ATL personalities showed up. LALATE can report that fans should not assume that because someone is being recorded that they will be joining the cast, let alone that such footage will air. LALATE can report that RHOA is filming tons of footage all over the place tonight. A boom microphone is in place to pick up lots of random meet and greets between ATL personalities and RHOA personalities.
But Amiyah Scott arrived early and shot a scene with Kandi Burruss. Kandi is in the above picture with her back to the camera. Later Porsha Williams filmed a lot of scenes with a mystery woman in yellow. And finally, Sheree Whitfield arrived once again, late. Ironically, Porsha and others arrived in white, while Sheree was dressed in the black blazer look again. Meantime, LALATE has been reporting for weeks that Claudia Jordan would return to RHOA tonight. And she did. Jordan was one of the late arrivals.
The outlet is also reporting that the above photo taken tonight (August 17) is said to be the final cast of housewives and potential friend of the housewives. Via the outlet:

But what happened to Amiyah Scott? Claudia Jordan will not be a cast member and Amiyah Scott is not believed to be joining RHOA either, LALATE can exclusively report tonight.
Kim Fields finally joined the RHOA 8 storyline tonight arriving last to Kenya Moore’s Haircare line party. The above picture depicts your new cast. On the far left is Sheree Whitfield, confirmed at the event earlier tonight by LALATE. On the right is Kim Fields who arrived late. The woman in yellow is a friend of Porsha Williams who filmed scenes tonight with Porsha and Kandi Burruss. The woman in the green dress, believed to be Cynthia’s sister, and the woman in the yellow dress are competing for roles as friends on the show. Sheree will get a peach, LALATE can report.
