Oxygen Greenlights ‘Preachers of LA’ Season 2 & Readies Wendy Williams Produced ‘Celebrity Undercover’ with Lil Kim, Fantasia & More

Oxygen Network has officially unveiled a brand new half hour reality camera series that will be executive produced by none other than Wendy Williams. Celebrity Undercover which premieres March 18 will feature celebrities who go in costume concealing their true identity with the use of prosthetic makeup to find out what unsuspecting fans and friends really think of them.

In the series premiere, Wendy goes undercover as a member of her own audience, and Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kim Kardashian disguises herself at a group job interview as a fan hoping to become her new assistant.

Also set to appear are T-Pain, Fantasia, Joey Fatone, Lil’ Kim, Chili of TLC, Adrienne Bailon, Ice-T and Coco and Real Housewives franchise stars Luann De Lesseps and Kandi Burruss. Peep a sneak peek below.

The network has also announced that their recent ratings winner ‘Preachers of LA’ has been renewed for a season 2.

“Preachers of L.A.” hit rating milestones by becoming the most watched freshman series in network history among P25-54 and averaging over one million total viewers. Delivering digital success as well, the series averaged more full episode streams per week in season than any other Oxygen original series and was the #10 most social cable reality program in October and November. On VOD, “Preachers of L.A.” earned over two million transactions.
