When I tell you this new season of ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ is about to be the ONE!! Each season gets better and better and leaving us saying, it can’t get any better, but yet it does. Following the conviction of Househusband Apollo Nida months ago for his multiple identity theft and fraud charges, according to sources another one of cast mates went down today.
It was rumored months ago when all of Apollo’s dirty dealings came out of the closet that there were other cast mates who potentially would be be facing jail time as well. Well a new report that has surfaced seems to validate this story. According to HipHollywood who got the exclusive details:
Peter Thomas was arrested and he has his Real Housewives of Atlanta cast mate, Apollo Nida to blame!
Earlier this year, Apollo received a sentence of eight years in prison for various types of fraud. But, it looks like he’s not going down unless he takes a few people with him. Sources tell HipHollywood, that Phaedra Parks’ incarcerated hubby wore a wire and got Cynthia Bailey’s husband, Peter caught up in some mess. As a result, our source tells us Thomas was arrested in Atlanta on Wednesday.
Luckily for viewers, HH sources also revealed this will be a huge part of the RHOAstoryline when the popular Bravo show returns November 9th. And luckily for Nida, this could possible reduce his time behind bars.

However, just moments ago Peter Thomas himself took to Instagram to shut down the rumor and revealed that not only did he not get arrested but that he was having a good time in Charlotte, NC. In fact after a quick peep at his Twitter timeline it’s safe to say Peter was a free man today, as he was attending a Hornet’s game just hours ago.
Peter may not have been arrested but that doesn’t mean that things are all good in the Thomas/Bailey household, as his club BarOne has officially closed its doors recently as of October, just weeks before the season 6 premiere. Fans may remember one of the biggest storylines in Peter and Cythia’s history pertained to their financial issues and failed businesses he has had. This is Peter’s second club that has closed, and we are sure we will hear all about what happened this time on the new season.
