It was reported weeks ago that Phaedra Parks was fired from ‘The Real Housewives of Atlanta‘ and would not be joining the ladies for their upcoming 10th season.

Phaedra took to social media then to shut down those rumors with her team saying there was no truth to the rumors. Alas on Monday (May 8), following last night’s part four of their season 9 reunion, it has been confirmed from multiple sources that the southern belle indeed has been let go.

RHOA just lost one of its peaches.

Phaedra Parks will not be returning to The Real Housewives of Atlanta, sources exclusively tell E! News. While Bravo had no comment, the casting shakeup comes just after the fourth and final part of the season nine reunion aired, with a source telling us producers have decided not to have the 43-year-old lawyer return for season 10.

Viewers were left shocked and questioning how Phaedra could return to the hit Bravo reality series after the unprecedented four-part reunion, which revealed Phaedra was the person who created the rumor that Kandi Burruss and her husband Todd Tucker wanted to drug and rape Porsha Williams.

The rest of the women were left speechless, with Cynthia Bailey said, “All the years I’ve done the show, this is some crazy s–t right here.” Even Andy Cohen admitted, “I’m shocked.”

When E! News caught up with Andy Cohen at Sean Penns Haiti takes Root JPHRO Benefit on Friday night, he admitted he wasn’t expecting Phaedra’s behavior at the reunion, saying, “She was unemotional, which surprised me.”

As for season 10 casting rumors, including Phaedra’s exit and the possible return of Kim Zolciak-Biermann, who appeared in the season finale, Cohen said, “Who knows? That’s the conversation we start having next week.”

Phaedra also spoke with People exclusively regarding the drama and if she would be returning.

In conversation with PEOPLE before the episode aired, Parks explained she thinks “everything happens for a reason.”

“What’s meant to happen will happen,” Parks said. “They say you’re set up to step up for the next thing, right? I know that I’m fortunate. I know that good things happen to me because I have my feet on frugal ground. I can’t regret anything, but I know it was destined to happen.”

Elsewhere, last night Kandi hosted a watch party for the reunion at OLG restaurant, and Angela Stanton, the woman who wrote a book on Phaedra and accused her of fraudulent activity years ago, stopped by and even got a little shine by Kandi.
