Janet Jackson‘s highly anticipated return to music and the stage kicked off with a bang in 2015 but ended on a sour note after the singer revealed that a medical issue was going to take her off the road for a good portion of her “Unbreakable” tour dates.

It was just reported yesterday but unconfirmed that Janet was being tested for possible throat cancer, again unconfirmed. Although what exactly is going on with Janet seems to be anyone’s guess, a new report published on Wednesday (Jan 6) claims that Janet has been given the go from her doctors to return to the stage.

Extra has confirmed:

Fans were heartbroken to learn that Janet Jackson was under doctor’s orders to postpone her Unbreakable tour, and now there are new details about the star’s health crisis.

On Christmas Eve, Janet asked for prayers as she revealed she would be undergoing surgery. RadarOnline.com reported that doctors may have found a growth on the 49-year-old’s vocal cords.

Now, “Extra” can exclusively report that Jackson’s doctors have cleared her to tour Europe starting on March 30!

While our sources have not confirmed the nature of her health scare, we do know that her husband, billionaire Wissam Al Mana, is by her side during this difficult time.

Janet’s fans have been supporting her with candlelight vigils, social media posts, and more. Watch this loving tribute video to the star.

Janet herself has not confirmed the report but we will definitely be on the lookout for an official statement.
