It looks like things are heating up in Atlanta with the ladies of ‘Real Housewives of Atlanta’ for season 7, but what else do we expect!? Things got crazy last week as we told you with Apollo Nida and Phaedra Parks when he reportedly showed up to Phaedra’s house that they once shared, the day he was scheduled to turn himself in to start his eight year prison sentence.
As we reported, Apollo barged his way into the house and began screaming at Phaedra and going crazy before making his way to the master bedroom and allegedly destroying things and packing up his belongings. It was also previously reported by other sources that prior to that incident there was a scene taped weeks ago, where the entire cast was present including the house husbands and Apollo reportedly dropped a bombshell regarding he and Kenya Moore which will be the motherload of secrets and will change the dynamic of the whole Kenya–Apollo–Phaedra love triangle.
The details surrounding that bombshell vary, so we will wait to see how it went down, but now new reports are rolling in that Phaedra and Kenya almost came to blows while taping this week.
According the MTO who cites a Bravo insider as their source, the ladies were filming and apparently Kenya began to go in on Ms. Parks and began bringing up Apollo, to which Phaedra warned Kenya not to go there. Kenya proceeded to antagonize Phaedra but things hit the fan when Kenya revealed that she was aware that Phaedra has been cheating on Apollo during their entire marriage. This remark sent the southern belle over the edge and reportedly she lunged right for Kenya. Luckily, Kandi Burruss was there and had to restrain her friend from dragging Kenya just like Porsha Williams did at last season’s reunion.
It would seem there may be truth to this story as Kenya took to Twitter today (September 23) and posted the following cryptic message.
In case you missed it, last week Kandi also revealed some small tidbits about the upcoming season and she confirmed that things are getting crazy. She revealed that newbie Claudia Jordan is a firecracker and apparently has been very vocal with a few ladies but Kandi did not reveal who.
She also alluded to some drama between her friend Phaedra and another cast member, could this recent incident be what she is speaking of? We will have to wait until November when RHOA returns to Bravo.
