Nene Leakes has her sights set on Wendy Williams and took to her blog on Tuesday to give the media maven a piece of her mind. This week photos surfaced of the RHOA star carrying an Hermes Birkin bag which allegedly ranged from 8-10k, however this particular Birkin was defaced–covered in all of Nene’s infamous catch phrases from the super popular reality show.
The bag was covered in some fan fave phrases such as “I’m very rich bitch”, “Close your legs to married men”, and “So Nasty, So Rude” and Dailymail posted an article which you can peep HERE on Monday highlighting the defaced bag.
On Tuesday (July 22), Wendy shared the article with her Facebook and Twitter followers asking what they thought of Nene’s defaced bag.
Obviously this isn’t the first time Leakes has been one of Wendy’s ‘Hot Topics’ however it seems Nene has had enough of Wendy calling her out and saying it like she means it, so she took to her blog to let her have it!

Wendy I am sure people think that I’ve done something to you, maybe we had a beef or I slept with your man but none of that is true! I’ve actually only been nice to you! I gave you a beautiful black $3,200 Celine Phantom Bag to celebrate your 500th show but you haven’t spoken of that! But what you have chosen to do is constantly speak negative of me and lie on me! What you need to do is stop spewing hate! When it comes to gossip you are the lowest of the low! I know you hate because I turned down the chance to come on your Talk Show and I am sure you’re scared I will take your place (I know you have heard! Ummhmm wink wink) BE SCARED! I have a clothing line on HSN coming out in a few days and I know it must be hard for a black woman to support another black woman but you should try it sometime. PS: My Birkin is being turned into a work of art to raise money for a worthy charity something you fail to mention on your show! I don’t have one Birkin I have five now run tell that WIG.
If you’re a frequent watcher of the Wendy show you will know that Wendy has called Nene out in the past on some of her antics but at the same time has also shown Nene a lot of support as well. Most recently after Nene competed on the last season of ‘Dancing With The Stars’ and expressed that producers were trying to peg her as the “angry black woman”. During a segment of Hot Topics, Wendy addressed Nene’s claims and sided with her stating that she could relate as during her time on the show they attempted to make her the same “character”. Wendy advised Nene to not allow the show to pigeonhole her or take her out of character.
However Wendy has also suggested repeatedly that Nene among other housewives should either get off reality TV or be fired from the show, so perhaps that is where Nene’s issue comes from. Whatever the case, we strongly doubt that Wendy is scared of Nene “taking her spot”, with a long standing history in radio and media, we strongly doubt no matter how appealing the reality star vet is, she is not a media mogul in the reigns of Williams.
Nene’s last appearance on Wendy’s show was last year alongside husband Gregg Leakes, before her wedding spin off was announced. Perhaps she can get back on the couch to chat it up about her issues!
