Famed director Joseph Khan might be receiving a visit from the infamously vicious Beyhive in a matter of minutes, after the director who worked on Taylor Swift‘s new visual has clapped back at speculation that the pop star copied from Beyonce‘s ‘Formation‘ visual.
As you may know, Taylor’s newest single/video ‘Look What You Made Me Do‘ which arrived a little over a week ago, has received criticism that it stole some very specific elements from Bey’s video, and fans were not happy about it. Well now according to Khan, he says that is further from the truth and even says it is the other way around. Khan made the declaration during an interview with the LA Times.
“It’s not ‘Formation’ at all. They try to say she’s wearing a black crop top and Beyoncé wore a black crop top. But they don’t realize in 2015 in ‘Bad Blood,’ Taylor Swift was wearing a black crop top. I really do think, by the way, that Beyoncé copied ‘Bad Blood.’”
But the 4 most incendiary words @JosephKahn uttered as we talked #BODIED were, by far: “Beyoncé copied ‘Bad Blood’” https://t.co/dDqMNSmolp
