The fellas of Bell Biv Devoe stopped by ‘The Breakfast Club‘ this week (although interview was pre taped) to chat about their epic BET miniseries ‘The New Edition Story‘ airing this week.
Ricky Bell, Ronnie Devoe, and Mike Bivens dished on their highly publicized drama in New Edition with the other guys, specifically Bobby Brown. They also talked about why it took over 10 years to get their biopic completed and why they ended up going with BET to air it instead of the big screen.
They dished on some of the crazy drama fans see in the film and even say that they had to cut some of the story out because there was so much action. They also say there is enough to make several more movies. Later in the interview, the cast of the film including Luke James, Elijah Kelly, Keith Powers, Bryshere Gray, Woody McClain, and Algee Smith join BBD to dish on the movie.
