Back in December when Janet Jackson announced that her Unbreakable tour would suffer a few rescheduled dates due to a surgery she would undergo, many fans were left heartbroken and even frustrated.

Many worried that whatever her medical condition was would further impede the show’s progress and future dates. Alas, as promised Janet rescheduled all of the dates that were postponed. Now friend and collaborator Jimmy Jam is giving fans a little more “Feedback” on what they can expect for the newly revamped dates and tour overall.

During an interview with Hip Hollywood this past weekend at the 58th annual GRAMMY’s, Jimmy dished on the tour and says the delay actually ended up being a blessing in disguise and has helped to make the tour better.

He says this time off allowed Janet to rethink some things and she’s revamping the show for 2016: “the show is only getting better now! She’s adding new songs… Actually, the time off, besides recovering, has given her some time to rethink some things and it’s gonna be even a longer, better show than the first time around”.

He also addressed fans concerns that future dates would get cancelled.

 “With the health thing you never really now, but I will say that she’s looking great, sounding great… she’s doing well. She listens to what her body says, she’s in great shape.. She’s gonna be back and better than ever”.
