U.S. Attorney and 2020 Presidential hopeful Kamala Harris stopped by ‘The Breakfast Club’ on Monday to dish on her bid for Presidency and used the time to clarify a lot of misconceptions and set the record straight on her history and her intent to become the first female POTUS.

Kamala has been heavily scrutinized by detractors on her track record as a criminal prosecutor and cleared up the misconception regarding her history of prosecuting black and brown people.

She also addressed the criticism from many of her critics (including black folks) who suggest that she is not “black enough.” She also gave insight on her background as a Howard University alum and being the daughter of civil rights activists.

As far as her Presidential campaign, she dished on her promises for black people, thoughts on reparations for black people, her stance on legalizing marijuana, public health matters and much more.
