The new season of “Love & Hip Hop: New York” debuted on Monday (Dec 14) and some of our faves returned (Yandy, Mendeecees) while we were introduced to some not so new-new faces (Remy Ma, Papoose).

We also got introduced to Power 105’s own DJ Self, well on Wednesday Self walked down the hallway to visit his radio family “The Breakfast Club” to chat about the new season of the show, but he wasn’t alone.

The radio DJ brought along his side chick/girlfriend and new cast member Cardi B and if you follow her on social media, you know she is something else! We’ve seen from the clips of the new season she is going to be the firecracker and to us is a mix of Joseline Hernandez and Erica Mena, which will work quite well for the show.
