Just days ago we told you that singer Mario had landed a new role on the FOX hit series ‘Empire‘ and was set to debut on the show this month.
The singer recently detailed the role during the promo run for his new album ‘Dancing Shadows’ and on Tuesday he unveiled a first look teaser for his debut.
Mario will play the role of Devon, described by Fox as “an earnest, up-and-coming R&B singer who supports his ailing sister.” Both the Empire label and Lyon Family Management are vying against each other to sign him. The upcoming season finds the Lyon family trying to build back their empire after losing the company at the end of last season.
Mario will make his debut on tomorrow’s episode (Oct. 17). Get into the teaser below.
