R&B singer Sparkle has been thrust back into the spotlight thanks to her participation in the explosive Lifetime documentary ‘Surviving R.Kelly‘ which aired earlier this month.

Now the singer continues spreading the word on her time with R.Kelly as she hits up multiple outlets, and on Monday she visited ‘The Breakfast Club‘ to spill more tea.

The singer dished on first meeting the troubled singer, doing backgrounds for Aaliyah‘s first album, and her relationship with the late singer.

She also dished on her career and why she and Kelly parted ways after the release of her debut album and how she believes he ultimately helped sabotage her career following their split. She revealed that when her family, Kelly and the industry had turned their back on her, it was Toni Braxton who had come to her rescue surprisingly.
