This week, Trina stopped by Nore‘s ‘Drink Champs‘ televised podcast and gave a mouthful on her rise to fame and all that is going on with her career and upcoming projects including her new album ‘The One‘ and joint record with Trick Daddy, both tentatively set to arrive this fall.

The rapper dished on her almost 20 year career, how she surprisingly got signed, and now being independant and whether she prefers the grind of being an indie artist vs. being signed to a major (Atlantic).

Speaking on women in hip hop, Trina reveals that she has issue with the fact that women in the game can’t unite and work together like their male counterparts. Despite the fact that she is one of the few female rappers who has collaborated with mostly every female rap artist. She also was quizzed on her thoughts of the Nicki Minaj vs. Remy Ma feud.

Elsewhere, she dished on her new gig as the lead cast member on ‘Love & Hip Hop: Miami,’ her recent viral clip of her going off online, and so much  more.
