Video: Whitney Houston Live Album & DVD To Be Released In November

Nearly three years after her tragic death, music icon and legend Whitney Houston is still bringing her one of a kind gift to the world. During an appearance on Tuesday at ‘Today’ Clive Davis revealed the big news.

“She was without question the greatest vocalist in the world. I want history to know that,” he declared as he announced that on November 10th ‘Whitney Houston Live: Her Greatest Performances’ CD/DVD will arrive and contains 16 live songs on CD and 19 performances on DVD.

The set will be comprised of some of her most memorable live appearances including her world debut appearance on “The Merv Griffin Show” in 1983,  her iconic and still unmatched performance of the National Anthem at Super Bowl XXV in 1991, and her 2009 performance of “I Didn’t Know My Own Strength” on “The Oprah Winfrey Show” among others.

For the those wondering, the release comes with the approval and blessing of Whitney’s family
