I broke the news last night that Antwon Jackson, Emmy Award winning hair stylist to Wendy Williams, had reportedly passed away. Although there was no official confirmation, friends of Antwon were spreading the news via social media.

Well just moments ago, shortly after 7pm EST on Tuesday (Aug 23), Antwon’s boss and friend, Wendy Williams confirmed the unfortunate news on  her social Facebook page. She shared the news along with a photo of the two of them together. Along with the photo, came a very endearing and emotional message from Wendy which reads:

It is with a heavy heart that I share with all of you the death of Antwon Jackson, my wigologist. He was an Emmy winning stylist and so much more. He was my friend. He had the biggest heart and was a pleasure to work with. I will forever be thankful for your friendship and love, Antwon. Thank you for the laughter you brought into my life and your sweet smile that always brightened my day. May you rest in peace.
