We told you just days ago that the cast of ‘A Different World’ is reuniting to go on the road for a 10-city HBCU tour this Spring, and fans were through the roof over the news.
Over the weekend, the tour kicked off in Atlanta as the cast visited Spelman, Clark, and Morehouse Colleges. The cast participated in panels at each of the Atlanta University Center Consortium’s campuses, highlighting the cultural significance of HBCUs. The day’s third and final panel was held at Morehouse, in the Martin Luther King Jr. International Chapel.
During their Atlanta stop, they caught up with TODAY to dish on the tour, the show’s 35th anniversary and legacy! They also dished on the impact the show has had on students who attended HBCUs as a result of the show.
