Janet Mock had everyone talking over the weekend following a jaw-dropping speech that she delivered during the ‘Pose‘ season 3 premiere party on Thursday night.
As previously confirmed, Janet shocked the room when she called out writers from the show, Ryan Murphy, and the network for various things including pay equity issues, lack of support for the trans staff, and more.
The most interesting admission during her speech was her revealing that she had cheated on boyfriend Angel B. Curiel who stars on the show, with another staff member–although she did not reveal exactly who it was.
Well, now Angel is breaking his silence since Thursday and seemingly is standing in support of his partner. The actor took to Instagram on Sunday to show his love and support for Janet.
Angel’s response is the latest following an outpouring of support for Janet from her fellow trans community allies such as TS Madison, Indya Moore, and Shauna Brooks.
Janet herself has yet to speak publicly or on social media since the incident.
