Fans of ‘Basketball Wives‘ have been waiting for an update on the upcoming ninth season which had started filming earlier this year but was halted due to the pandemic.
Well, now the ladies are reportedly getting back to work and there will reportedly be some new blood in the mix. Fans can expect to see Shaunie O’Neal, Evelyn Lozada, Jackie Christie, Kristen Scott, Malaysia Pargo, Jennifer Williams, and Ogom “OG” Chijindu all back.
Additionally, the series is set to welcome 3 new cast members including Lamar Odom‘s ex and baby mother, Liza Morales according to various reports.
Fans may know that Lamar and Liza met in the 11th grade at a New York high school. They share a daughter Destiny and son Lamar Jr, and a third child, Jayden, who tragically passed away when he was 6 months old.
The two have had a rocky history, as Lamar began dating Khloe Kardashian shortly after he and Liza loss their third child.
Liza has been very vocal recently about her gripes with Lamar for not providing college tuition money for their son, Lamar Jr., so their drama is sure to play out this season on the show.
