In tragic news that broke over the weekend, ‘Basketball Wives’ star Brooke Bailey has lost her daughter, at the age of 25.
News broke on Sunday, and Brooke took to social media herself to confirm that her baby girl, Kayla Nicole Bailey died in a tragic car accident on Sunday (September 25).
The reality star and mother of three shared the news in a dedicated post for Kayla on Monday,
“Forever my baby, Pretty Black aka Kayla Nicole Bailey 💜🕊💔,” she wrote. “This is not a goodbye. Mommy will see you soon 🙏🏾”
Brooke also took to her Instagram stories to share family photos of her with her daughter, and her two other sons with words of love for her daughter.
“Our God! Our God is so faithful. I have been fasting and praying for days. I thought it was for something else. It was God preparing me for this moment in my life. Although, I was not prepared. I am grateful for the 25 years he Blessed me to have HIS child. To love her, to hold her, to teach her, to comfort her. She was my happiness on earth.”
Brooke’s family, friends, and ‘Basketball Wives’ co-stars all took to her Instagram to flood her with messages of support and love which are still up for view as of time of posting.
