Daphne Maxwell Reid and Vernee Watson-Johnson, who played the second Aunt Viv and Viola “Vy” Smith, respectively, on the original ‘The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air,’ are reuniting on Peacock’s ‘Bel-Air’ as guest stars.
Reid and Watson-Johnson are set to appear on the March 24th episode of the streaming series inspired by the original ’90s comedy. According to Peacock, Reid will play Helen, while Watson-Johnson will play the character of Janice. Both women are members of the Art Council Board of Trustees and will have scenes with the new 2022 Aunt Viv.

Reid famously played Will’s (second) Aunt Viv in the OG series, while Watson-Johnson played his mom throughout the entire series.
That’s not all! It looks like the ‘Bel-Air’ cast will be appearing on an upcoming episode of ‘Family Feud’ hosted by Steve Harvey.
