Chaka Khan has been “through the fire” in this industry over her lustrous and legendary career.

So rightfully so, the living legend is allowed to be a diva at times and speak her mind as she feels necessary, when she feels necessary.

The singer did just that during a recent sit-down interview with Vlad TV where she was interviewed by comedian Luenell.

During the round of questions, Lue asked Chaka about what artists male or female she’d like to work with that she hasn’t, and while Chaka couldn’t name anyone off the top of her head–Luenell began name dropping.

One of those names was Ariana Grande, which received a quick shut down from Ms. Khan. She later went on to expound, but get into it below.
