Chris Brown is speaking out after accusations that he bailed on his scheduled appearance at gay pride in Atlanta this weekend. As we previously told you Chris was slated to appear at the girls events hosted by Traxx Girls on Saturday night (September 5) and was reportedly booked to introduce his friend Teyana Taylor for her performance at the event.

Well Chris was a “no-show” and the promoters spoke out after the event as we told you HERE. Now despite weeks of promotions, flyers with his image and him being listed on their website as a main act oh and countless tweets from fans before the event, Chris says he had no idea he was asked to be at the event.

The singer took to Twitter Monday afternoon to address the issue after receiving tons of flack from his fans, specifically in the LGBT community.

So do we believe that Chris didn’t know?? We are sure that the promoter will be following up with a counter response and as we predict, screenshots of conversations soon.
