Trai Byers, Jussie Smollett, and Bryshere “Yazz” Gray discuss how they landed the now hugely popular roles and gave a little, and we do mean a very little bit of scoop on season 2 which we gave you some dirt on HERE.
Jussie was very tight-lipped about what fans can expect but did tease it “will make season 1 look like The Brady Bunch.”
He also talked about being like his gay character and coming out of the closet back in March on ‘Ellen’
If I can help someone else feel less alone, no matter what they’re going through, I’m happy to have that opportunity,” he stated. “I’m Happy ‘If I Can Help Someone Else Feel Less Alone’
Jussie isn’t the only one using his voice to influence others, Yazz talked about his passion of mentoring youth
While meeting his young fans, he heard many tales of hard times. “I would hear things like, ‘My dad was never in my life…’ and my response was, ‘My dad was never in my life…Don’t feel like you don’t matter.'”
Trai talked about his motivation behind keeping his tight body that viewers and the lucky lady in his life are lusting over.
“I work out for two reasons: one, because I’m an actor and two, because I’m somebody’s [future] husband. I want to be prepared for the woman God has for me.” Swoon!
