FX is keeping fans on edge for season 2 of their hit series ‘Pose‘ which was initially set to return on June 9. Now the network has announced the show will arrive just two days later on Tuesday, June 11 at 10/9c.
As previously confirmed, the Golden Globe nominated series jumps forward from the mid 80’s to the year 1990 in Season 2, which will consist of 10 episodes. “On the heels of the ballroom community establishing itself in pop culture and going mainstream, the House of Evangelista is forced to reevaluate their goals,” according to the official season synopsis. “Meanwhile, the AIDS crisis worsens and the reaction from a group of activists reaches a fever pitch.”
To tease fans even more for season 2, the network has unleashed a stunning series of new promo shots featuring the gorgeous cast including Mj Rodriguez (Blanca), Indya Moore (Angel), Dominique Jackson (Elektra), and Billy Porter (Pray Tell). Other season 1 cast members including Ryan Jamaal Swain(Damon) are also returning but not featured in the shots.
