Gladys Knight, Chaka Khan, Patti LaBelle, and Stephanie Mills have announced they are going on the road for a new tour Dubbed ‘The Queens! 4 Legends. 1 Night.’
The trek will consist of two legs, and the first kicks off May 9 in Las Vegas, and continues with stops in Oakland, Los Angeles, Brooklyn, Baltimore, and more. It will wrap up on June 1 in Indianapolis.
The tour will reboot in the fall resuming Sep 19 in Greensboro, NC at the First Horizon Coliseum, and will hit stops in Atlanta, Atlantic City, and Washington, D.C. before the grand finale on Oct 5 in Cleveland, OH at the Wolstein Center
The Queens all took to social media on Tuesday to share the excitement around the tour.
LaBelle kicked it off sharing:
“I am so excited to join these icons, who I call sisters, on this tour! It’s going to be something special. And I can’t wait to see everyone there.”
Khan echoed the sentiments:
“Sharing the stage with my amazing sisters is an absolute honor. Music is about connection, and this will be a celebration of the joy, power, and love that it brings to us all.”
Mills added:
“I’m excited to tour with my beautiful sisters! Our different styles unite in love, compassion and understanding and it’s important to come together now. Performing with Chaka, Patti, and Gladys for you will be electrifying. We can’t wait to see you.”
The tour is produced by Black Promoters Collective (BPC) and CEO, Gary Guidry also shared his excitement:
