This week, video of Nakia Jones, an officer in the Warrensville Police Department in Ohio, went live on Facebook Wednesday afternoon shortly after the death of Alton Sterling began to make headlines― mere hours before the deadly shooting of 32-year-old Philando Castile in Minnesota.

Nakia’s video went viral and made headlines, as she was on of the first police officers to come forward and give her thoughts on the police brutality that black citizens have endured. If you missed it, get into a clip of what she said below.

Well after making headlines and receiving major kudos from viewers (the video currently is at over 6 mill views), now according to reports, Jones has been suspended from her position as a result of speaking out.  Get into the press conference below where she speaks on the video and the aftermath, although she is very vague with confirming or denying the status of her job.
