If you thought the drama between Kirk Franklin and his son Kerrion Franklin that popped off over the weekend was over–you thought wrong.
On Saturday, Kerrion who is the eldest son of the famed Gospel singer–took to Instagram to share audio of a personal phone call between him and his father where they engaged in a heated verbal altercation.
The audio went viral over the weekend making headlines and prompted Kirk to come out and issue a public apology and give more context to what exactly transpired.

Despite the fact that Kerrion’s goal was to paint a picture of his father that the public does not usually see, many came out in support of Kirk and actually defended his actions.
Now, Kerrion is clapping back at his dad and some of Kirk’s supporters including Rickey Smiley. Kerrion made a series of posts on Monday where he revealed that his dad also has audio of their altercations but refuses to share them.
He also revealed that he will be posting more, and doing interviews to give his side of the story. Get into it below.

Kirk has yet to respond to Kerrion’s latest posts but its clear this won’t be getting resolved anytime soon.
