The comedian and TV personality sat down with ‘The Breakfast Club’ days ago to dish on the new BET documentary ‘Welcome To Rap City’ and his journey to becoming an on-air host on the show and BET back in the day coming from the streets of D.C, the original home of the network. The rivalry of DC natives and Baltimore natives, and more.
During his sit down, he also dished on the East Coast versus West Coast rivalry in the 90s, being the last person to interview The Notorious B.I.G. days before his murder, his successful comedy career, family life, his degree in psychology and his substance abuse treatment center he opened. He even gets candid about his upbringing revealing that his older brother who is gay is his hero and how he taught him to be an ally to the community.
