It was previously reported that Kandi Burruss and Todd Tucker were expecting their first child together, and the baby was expected to arrive today (Jan 6). Now it is confirmed that the little guy has arrived right on schedule.
Early Wednesday, the couple headed to the hospital to undergo a C-section, as she previously confirmed and the little guy arrived by the afternoon. The Tuckers confirmed exclusively through People:
“Todd and I have been waiting so long for his delivery and he is so very perfect,” Burruss, 39, tells PEOPLE.
Their “bouncing baby boy” arrived at 8:42 a.m., weighing in at 7 lbs., 6 oz.
While it wasn’t easy for Burruss to conceive, her pregnancy was fairly smooth. “No craving or morning sickness thank goodness,” she said. “I’m just tired all of the time.”
