Lil Nas X has been one of the biggest names in music since he bursts onto the scene back in 2019.
The rapper has had his fair share of controversies, but even more hits and records sold (and broken) since then as well. While he’s been consistent with dropping new music, there has yet to be an album delivered to fans.
Now after months of teasing it, the performer has officially revealed the release date for his debut album ‘Montero‘ and dropped a very creative trailer to coincide with the announcement.
The album which will feature his previous releases including ‘Industry Baby,’ ‘Call Me By Your Name (Montero),’ and ‘Sun Goes Down,’ is set to arrive on September 17. Speaking on the long-awaited project he revealed:
creating this album has been therapy for me. i’ve learned to let go of trying to control people’s perception of who i am, what i can do, and where i will be. i’ve realized the only opinion of me that really matters is my own.
