Missy Elliott is riding high on the wave of her Superbowl performance last Sunday with Katy Perry. Ultimately the performance and the Superbowl broke television records and numbers and Missy’s albums have begun selling again in droves and her past singles began charting again in the days following the performance.

This week the legendary rapper called into SiriusXM’s “Sway in the Morning” to talk the pandemonium of the past week, opened up on her relationship with Whitney Houston and Bobbi Kristina, and even teased new music. She reveals she and Timbaland will not be attending the Grammy’s this weekend because they will be in the studio.

“I don’t want to say too much because in this day and time, boy, you say something, they will come back two weeks later like, ‘Where your album at?’” she revealed. Check out the interview below.
