Lizzo is breaking her silence!
Two days after news broke that the singer was sued by three of her former dancers for allegedly creating an “abusive work environment,” she took to social media on Thursday to address and deny the claims.
On Aug 1, it was revealed that a complaint was filed by Lizzo’s former dancers Crystal Williams, Arianna Davis, and Noelle Rodriguez in Los Angeles Superior Court. In the lawsuit, the trio claimed that they dealt with a toxic work environment which included weight-shaming, sexual harassment, and disability discrimination while working with Lizzo.
Lizzo’s “Big Grrrl Big Touring” production company and dance captain Shirlene Quigley are also named in the lawsuit.
Lizzo has been silent since the claims came out, but made a lengthy post on Instagram addressing it all, which you can check out below.
