Will Smith and Martin Lawrence are set to lite up the big screen and ring in the registers, as just confirmed by Martin , the third installment to their hit ‘Bad Boys’ franchise is in the works.

During a visit to the ‘Conan’ show yesterday to promote his new show ‘Partners’,  Martin revealed that Jerry Bruckheimer – who produced the film’s 1995 original and 2003 follow-up is currently working on the script and finalizing  ‘Bad Boys 3′.

The first film ranked in a whopping $141,407,024 at theaters, and its follow up doubled that figure pulling in a massive $273,339,556. No word on release date, or casting announcements but we can’t wait!
