Sunday night’s Grammys were all about Megan Thee Stallion as she made history multiple times in one night.
Following her first two wins of the night for Best Rap Performance and Best New Artist, the rapper made history alongside Beyonce by becoming the first pair of women to win Best Rap Song for ‘Savage.’
The win also made history for Bey as it tied the all-time record for most Grammy wins by a female artist – 27, a mark shared with Alison Krauss. She is also the most nominated female act in Grammy history with 79 nominations total.
She later made history once again when she took home the award for Best R&B Performance making her the most awarded artist at the Grammys EVER–male or female–with 28 total. More on that HERE.
